UHV z-travel units with replaceable bellows

The z-travel units shown here are used in our multi-cell evaporators. Due to their compact dimensions, they are presented separately here.
We can offer the z-travel unit with bellows from various manufacturers.

Example with VAT bellows, (a) stroke 170mm

The following features apply to all of the displacement units we offer:

Bellows: replaceable, ID 39 mm
Base flange: DN40CF with through holes, fixed
Movable flange: DN40CF with through holes, rotatable
Spindle pitch: 2,3 or 4 mm
Width f: 80 mm
Total height e: Compact version 125.5 mm, super-compact version 115.5 mm
Height from lower edge to axis h: Compact version 83 mm, super-compact version 73 mm
Heating temperature: 200°C
End stops: adjustable
Slider: adjustable bearing play
Scale: on the bottom for reading the stroke dimensions
Ideal for Kentax^® flanges (sold separately)
